Terms of ServiceBy requesting a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.1. General Conditions• All commissions are artist’s choice.• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at any time, without explanation.• I do not accept NSFW, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content.• Any request that makes me uncomfortable or goes against my values will be declined.• I am not obligated to justify my artistic decisions.2. Communication• Official communication is strictly through VersiBeta’s commissions Discord server or email.• Replies may take time; please be patient.• Spam, pressure, or repeated messages are not tolerated.• If no response is received within 7 days, I may cancel the commission.3. Process & Workflow• No estimated completion time will be provided.• Progress previews may be discussed, but I reserve the right to refuse them.• Revisions may be discussed but are not guaranteed and may be refused.• Major changes may be declined entirely.4. Usage & Copyright• Commercial use is strictly forbidden.• You may not post, share, edit, trace, or redistribute the artwork without my explicit permission.• Credit is mandatory if posting is authorized.• I retain full copyright over the artwork.• I may choose to publicly share the artwork; this can be discussed beforehand.5. Additional Restrictions• The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or datasets.• The artwork may not be altered, filtered, or edited without permission.• Misuse of the artwork immediately revokes any posting permission.
